Resources
I love resources!  Here are links to my favorite sites and helpful articles.  I have left room for comments so you can tell me which ones were helpful and which ones don't quite make the cut.  Also, if you have a site you think would be a fit to add, let me know and I'll check it out.  I can't guarantee that the content of each site will be for you.  As always, do your homework.  If something doesn't feel right, check another source and let me know.
This month we are focusing on your new years resolutions and how to stay motivated.  Here are some local resources to help you stay on target.

The Women's Wellness Retreat was an awesome day!  You should check out some of the amazing wellness professionals that attended the event:

Beth from Target Metabolism.  It is so cool to have access to this technology!

Annessa from Flourish!  She did a great cooking demo for lunch.  If you didn't go you missed some tasty treats!

www.flylady.net
*This site can be overwhelming with all of the info but go to the beginners section and take off!  This is a great site that helps to create habits that organize your home and create harmony over chaos.  It divides the normal chores and tasks we do everyday and breaks them down so by taking one step at a time you are always on top of it!

www.grocerylists.org
I love this site.  It has two great PDF's for free to help with menu planning and grocery shopping.  It also has a great sense of humor and resources for dealing with dinner on a budget!
